If you are looking for access to more powerful San Francisco Multiple-Listing
Service search functionality, sign up below for:
- Zephyr MLS Direct. This tool returns the same data
as my public San Francisco MLS search page,
but with the following additional functionality:
- Search by neighborhood (for example, "Within Zone 5,
only look at condos in Noe Valley and Twin Peaks")
- Exclude properties already in contract
- Save favorite searches to your account
- Save favorite properties to your account
- Receive automatic e-mail updates when new properties that match
your saved searches are listed, or when your favorite properties
have changed
Note: Zephyr MLS Direct
is a private tool for my clients only. To sign up, you will be asked
to agree to allow me to represent you on the sale or purchase of
any property posted on the San Francisco Multiple Listing Service
for as long as you remain registered with Zephyr MLS Direct.
- Automated MLS Emails. For those who are not ready
to sign up for Zephyr MLS Direct, I can still make your search easier
by setting up automatic e-mail notifications when new properties that
meet your criteria are listed on the MLS. I am happy to make this
functionality available to anyone who requests it.
